How to Start a Return

Returning your Thread Theory socks is easy and hassle-free. To begin:

1. Visit our Returns Portal.
2. Enter your order number and email address.
3. Select the items you'd like to return.
4. Choose your reason for return and select a refund or exchange.
5. Print the prepaid return label and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.

Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
