How to Update Your Shipping Address

If you need to change the shipping address for an order you just placed, here’s what to do:

1. Contact our support team within 1 hour of placing your order.
2. Provide your order number and the new shipping address.
3. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it right away.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute it. If it's delivered to the wrong address, we’ll work with you to find a solution or offer a replacement where possible.
