Missing or Incorrect Items in Your Order
We're sorry to hear your order wasn’t perfect. Please follow these steps so we can fix it fast:
- Double-check the packing slip to confirm what should’ve been in the package.
- Look inside all packaging, including tissue paper and under inserts — smaller items can hide!

If something’s still missing or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of
delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the packaging and received items
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll ship the correct item out ASAP or issue a refund depending on your preference.
