Understanding Your Order Status

Here’s what each order status means:

• Processing: We’ve received your order and are preparing it for shipment.
• Packed: Your order is packed and waiting for carrier pickup.
• Shipped: Your order is on the way and has an active tracking number.
• Out for Delivery: The carrier is bringing your package today!
• Delivered: Your package has been dropped off at the shipping address.
• Delayed: There’s been an unexpected issue. Contact us if you need help.

If your order is stuck in any status for more than 3 business days, please reach out — we’ll investigate right away.
