How to Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow these steps to check the status of your shipment at any time:

1. Log in to your Thread Theory account.
2. Go to "My Orders".
3. Click "View Details" on the order you’d like to track.
4. Click the provided tracking number to open the carrier’s tracking page.

If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder. Still nothing? Contact our support team and we’ll resend it to you.
