What to Do If Your Order Is Delayed
While most orders arrive on time, shipping delays can happen. Here’s what you can do:
- Check your tracking number for updates — the carrier may have info on the delay.
- Look for delivery attempt notices — sometimes a signature is required.
- Verify the shipping address you entered during checkout.
- Wait 48 hours after a “delivered” status — occasionally packages are scanned early.
If your package hasn’t arrived after 5 business days from its estimated delivery date, contact us. We’ll either ship a replacement or issue a refund, depending on what works best for you.
